About the Harp

Carol's harp is a custom-made Lyon and Healy Troubadour IV Lever Harp. She ordered it on December 24th, 1995, and it took six months to build. The Celtic designs were added at her request, making this harp absolutely unique. It is made of mahogany,has 36 strings, and has Loveland levers for each string.

Carol occasionally uses an amplifier system as conditions require. She uses a small adhesive microphone, and a Fender Passport P.A. system.

Carol also owns a Middle Eastern Manufacturing 29 string Lap Harp that she uses for travel. Many modifications were made to this smaller harp.
